Dr. Bajpai’s medical journey began at some of India’s most respected institutions, such as the Cancer Institute (Adyar, Chennai), JIPMER (Pondicherry), and Hinduja Hospital (Mumbai). His pursuit of global excellence took him further to advanced oncology training in Germany and Singapore, where he refined his understanding of precision medicine and multidisciplinary cancer care.

An ESMO-certified oncologist, he remains deeply committed to continuous learning, innovation, and the integration of global best practices into patient care. Dr. Bajpai currently serves as Director & Unit Head, Medical Oncology, Max Hospital, Dwarka, New Delhi, where he leads a team focused on precision-based, outcome-driven cancer care. Before this, he was Head of Medical Hemato-Oncology at Manipal Hospitals, Dwarka (2018–2023).

His earlier roles at Max Hospitals (Shalimar Bagh & Pitampura) and BLK Super Speciality Hospital reflect a consistent trajectory of leadership, innovation, and patient-centric service. Over the years, he has been instrumental in shaping comprehensive cancer programs that combine clinical precision with compassion.
